Our process

At DPF HQ, we pride ourselves on transparency.

This page guides you through step by step when booking a DPF clean with us. We also work with trusted suppliers should your engine components require replacement. You can read more about how we clean your DPF on our Insights page.

Remove the components

If your Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) or other engine components are suitable for cleaning, they must be removed by a certified automotive technician.

Deliver the components to us

You may choose to bring the components to us yourself or have them delivered via Courier. Short on time? We can organise pick up and delivery for you. Visit our shipping page for more information.

Option 1: Cleaning your DPF

Upon receipt, our DPF Specialist will inspect the DPF and test the carbon and soot levels to determine the requirements for cleaning. The components are then submerged into our ultrasonic cleaning tanks.

Drying and re-testing

Once the ultrasonic clean is complete, we dry the parts, inspect and re-test the component for carbon and soot. All of the data is printed on a report which will be provided upon completion.

Option 2: DPF replacement

We work with trusted suppliers to provide you with a new DPF to replace your old one. We will even take care of the recycling of your old DPF. The DPF replacement cost will vary based on the vehicle type and availability.
